How far in advance should we book AV for our Miami event?

Can you work directly with our hotel or venue?

Yes. We routinely coordinate with in-house teams and preferred vendors at hotels and venues throughout Miami. We handle power, rigging, loading, and logistics with the venue so your team is not stuck in technical email threads.

Do you support hybrid or livestreamed events?

We can provide audio feeds, video switching, camera packages, and technical direction for your streaming provider, or recommend partners we trust. Many clients use us for in-room experience while their internal video team handles the stream.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

Share your event date, venue, estimated attendance, room layout, schedule, and any must-have elements (LED wall, recording, interpreters, etc.). If you have a run-of-show or floor plan, you can attach it after you submit the form.

Do you offer on-site support during the entire event?
